Our seating capacity is limited so we can not accommodate additional guests that are not specified on your invitation.

Yes! We are providing transportation Friday and Saturday for our guests. We will update the “Travel & Stay” page with more information on pickup location and timing.

Friday: will be updated as soon as possible.

Saturday: Trolley will pick up guests at The Nevada Hotel (300 ft. walk from Stone’s Throw Hotel) in the rear at the reception lobby entrance.

We have been told by many York residents that there are very limited ridesharing options in York. We are working by connecting with local services to help provide easy transportation for our guests throughout their stay if not renting cars.

There is limited parking at the venue. We will be accommodating guests staying on property and vendors for the wedding, so please be mindful if driving to the venue. 

Our ceremony will promptly start at 4pm. Guests can start arriving to the venue at 3:30pm.

We are asking our guests to dress up and have fun! Please do not be scared of color and here are some pictures to help inspire your look for Coastal Formal. Suits with no tie and sports coats are acceptable.

Our venue is all outdoors, so please be mindful of what you will need once the sun goes down. Ladies, most of the events will take place on grass so please be mindful with your heels. Average temperature for this date are highs in mid 70s and lows in mid 50s.
